Entrants will have to write their names and contact information plus any special medical alerts on the reverse of the Number Panel. The Registration Desk closes at 9.15 am.

What happens to the money?

Adderbury Running Club ( A R C ) aims to break even in all of its events. Occasionally, we may choose to accumulate funds to support future events and activities that promote fitness in our village and local area. We will always make a significant donation (relative to our income from entrants' fees and sponsorships) to local chairties and a local project. All entrants will also receive something to celebrate the event.

For 2009 ARC will accumulate funds towards a Trim Trail in the village and make a donation to a local charity located near Adderbury.
